All jewelry sold by Hazel Lou comes with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Within the initial 30 days (post-delivery) of purchase, we undertake to replace any defective item at no expense to the customer.

To initiate the replacement process, customers must notify us via email or complete the designated return form within 30 days (post-delivery) of purchase. In cases where the 30-day period has lapsed, customers are responsible for procuring replacements for their items.

Jewelry that is gold-filled or gold-plated is anti-tarnish. With proper care, it will maintain its color and shine.
